Studio 1034 is a public non-profit incorporated in California. Our California State License is C341298. Our Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) is 45-4007906. All donation are fully tax deductible.

The primary objectives and purposes of Studio 1034 are:

A) to provide facilities to the community that allows groups of people with similar interests to congregate and express themselves through creative outlets particularly involving the arts such as band practice, dance practice, and film productions;

B) to provide instruction in a variety of art forms including, but not limited to, dance and movement, yoga, painting, filming, gardening, music and cooking;

C) to give public performances in dance and music and other creative dramatics;

D) to sponsor special events for the community such as movie nights, concerts, art gallery exhibitions and guest lectures;

E) to offer technologies and equipment for learning and creative purposes.

In addition to our normal duties, Studio 1034 financially supports two major community-based projects by accepting financial contributions and coordinating staff. When donating, please specify if you wish your funds to go to our general fund or a specific project.

For the second year in a row we are building UNAVERZ, a participatory mutant vehicle for Burning Man.

We are renting work space to assist Greg Khlone to Build Homes For The Homeless. We are actively looking for a new location in West Oakland to build.
